Mindful MVMT

The aim of this app is to empower ALL individuals around the globe with education and tools to help them manage their musculoskeletal-related pains to take control of their pain. The design of the app is the have an understanding of the different types of musculoskeletal pain and how it affects the user, how to lower their pain reactive systems and have an exploration method when it comes to pain and fear of movement. Facilitators are extras that can be helpful to provide further relief in addition to the pain management and movement exploration methods. Users have the option of being followed up by the app founder if they'd like to have accountability or reach out to the founder for in-person therapy in their region. "Find Your Therapist" is a feature that can help users search for a local clinician to help them manage their pain in person. Clinicians (for a nominal fee) can be part of this directory to help them gain another demography of potential clientele. Social connect is another feature to help users connect with other users in regards to having a community to help relate with others during this time of being able to connect with anyone in the world.
